Light wood (woodframe) and steel (steelframe) framing systems allow for the construction of homes with greater usable space, better thermal and acoustic insulation, and significantly shorter construction times than traditional building methods. At 3pol Arquitectes we apply these systems in both new construction and extensions, combining them with Passive House standards to maximize energy efficiency.
